You can pay for your purchases electronically through the Paysera payment service provider. We start the order once payment is received.

Shipping

We will deliver your order as quickly as possible - we also dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays if the order is complete. We currently ship to DPD Pickup points in Latvia. DPD Pickup point selection option is provided after a successful Checkout and Payment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with other delivery services, in these cases please reach out to us individually.

The lead time is up to 2 weeks, but in most cases, it will not exceed a few days. Check our catalogue for available models! We will send you an information e-mail as soon as your order has been placed. When your order is completed and ready for delivery, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel!

If we need to contact you about delivery or availability during the order process, we will send you a message to the email or phone number provided.

Access to Online Masterclasses (Digital Products)

If you have purchased an online masterclass, you will receive access information via email. This includes login details for the learning platform and all instructions based on the selected plan.

Access is usually granted automatically within a few minutes after payment, but please allow up to 24 hours. Check your Inbox, Promotions, or Spam folders if the email doesn't arrive.

If you haven’t received access within 24 hours after purchase, please contact us directly and we will make sure you can access your course.

Online masterclass purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted (see Refund Policy for details).
